目的通过分析一氧化碳(CO)中毒致病因素,并探讨干预对策,以提高人们对CO中毒的认识,减少CO中毒的发生。方法对莱钢医院2005年1月—2008年12月接诊的67例CO中毒病人病因进行回顾分析。结果企业生产中CO泄漏中毒35例(52.2%),家庭生活中毒25例(37.3%),火锅店就餐7例(10.4%)。结论要减少CO中毒的发生,就必须加强安全知识教育,做好健康指导,从而提高防范意识,学会简单的急救知识及技术,以减少意外伤害,减少发病率、并发症和死亡率。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning and to explore intervention strategies to improve people’s understanding of CO poisoning and reduce the incidence of CO poisoning. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the etiology of 67 patients with CO poisoning admitted to Laiwu Steel Hospital from January 2005 to December 2008. Results The incidence of CO poisoning in production was 35 (52.2%), 25 (37.3%) were domestic poisoning and 7 (10.4%) in hot pot restaurants. Conclusion To reduce the incidence of CO poisoning, we must strengthen the safety knowledge education, good health guidance, so as to enhance prevention awareness and learn simple first aid knowledge and technology to reduce accidental injuries and reduce morbidity, complications and mortality.
