通过就业辅导员向企业、残疾人提供持续的就业服务,建立多重支持,最终促进残疾人实现就业,这种被称为支持性就业的新的就业培训模式目前正在我国各地逐步推开。在8月19日开幕的第四届心智障碍者支持性就业国际论坛上,来自德国、日本、马来西亚等国的就业专家,以及来自全国各地的150名各界人士围绕着促进心智障碍者就业的可行模式进行了深入探讨。中国残联副理事长程凯出席论坛并讲话。
