ＡＲＣ（弧形）治疗功能是指医用加速器在照射过程中主机架的旋转速度与医用加速器的输出剂量率相配合，从而完成医生所给定的病人照射剂量和照射弧度。它是医用加速器所应具备的动态放射治疗功能中最基本和最关键功能。本文介绍了在国产ＢＪ—６Ｂ型医用驻波电子直线加速器上国内首次实现ＡＲＣ（弧形）治疗功能的情况。
ARC (arc) treatment function refers to that the rotation speed of the main frame of the medical accelerator is matched with the output dose rate of the medical accelerator during the irradiation process so as to complete the dose and arc of the patient given by the doctor. It is the most basic and critical function of the dynamic radiation therapy function that medical accelerators should possess. This article describes the first realization of the ARC (arc) treatment function on the domestic BJ-6B type medical resident wave electron linear accelerator.
