本文构建了包括规模质量、结构优化、技术进步、工业化程度和资源环境在内的工业强省综合评价体系,并利用因子分析计算各地的工业技术进步指数、工业化进程指数、规模质量指数和综合指数。分析表明,我国工业强省指数总体呈典型的“金字塔”型和“东强西弱”空间布局;三大子指数具有不同步性,工业技术整体落后于工业化和产业规模扩张。经过两次聚类分析,31个省份大致可分为综合强省、工业化强省、规模强省、中等水平省、欠发达省和非工业化省6种类型,并提出相应的发展对策。
This article builds a comprehensive evaluation system of industrial strong province including scale quality, structure optimization, technological progress, industrialization and resource environment, and uses factor analysis to calculate industrial technology progress index, industrialization process index, scale quality index and comprehensive index . The analysis shows that the index of strong industrial province in our country shows a typical spatial layout of “pyramid” and “strong east and weak west”. The three sub-indices have an asynchronism, and the overall industrial technology lags behind that of industrialization and industrial expansion. After two cluster analysis, 31 provinces can be roughly divided into 6 types: comprehensive strong province, strong industrialization province, strong scale province, middle level province, underdeveloped province and non-industrialization province, and put forward corresponding development countermeasures.
