随着事业单位改革的不断深化,在事业单位建立完善的绩效考核制度对于调动广大职工的积极性与主动性,提高事业单位的工作效率有着不可忽视的作用。而实际上,绩效考核的作用在于有效地激发职工的积极性和创造性,减少管理者的压力。因此,如何使这一理念扎根于管理者和职工心中,使绩效考核真正发挥它的作用,是建立绩效考核制度的关键。
With the continuous deepening reform of public institutions, setting up a sound performance appraisal system in public institutions has a significant role to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of the general staff and workers and improve the work efficiency of public institutions. In fact, the role of performance appraisal is to effectively motivate staff enthusiasm and creativity, reduce the pressure on managers. Therefore, how to make this idea rooted in the hearts of managers and staff, so that the performance appraisal really play its role, is the key to establishing a performance appraisal system.
