1病例资料患者,女,29岁,因“口齿含糊伴右侧上肢抽动2 d”于2016年5月13日收治入院。患者于5月11日无明显诱因出现口齿含糊,讲话声音低沉,右侧上肢抽动,无意识不清,无大小便失禁。查头颅CT示左侧额叶梗塞伴部分梗塞性出血可能,右枕叶少许稍高密度,较2016年5月2日老片密度略低,出血可能;脑动脉CTA示左侧大脑中动脉远端较对侧狭窄。拟诊“出血性脑梗死”。
