莱钢特钢事业部通过对现有智能吹氩系统的改进,在实践中不断总结完善,开发了底吹氩气体流量与配电的联动模型。在精炼的不同阶段使用不同的配电模型,并采用模糊理论的PID自适应原理,进而实现使用不同的底吹氩气体流量以及精炼全过程底吹氩系统的精准控制。通过采用此措施,提升了钢水的质量、提高了钢包的使用寿命、减轻了职工的劳动强度。
Through the improvement of the existing intelligent argon blowing system, the special steel division of Laiwu Steel constantly improved and summarized in practice, and developed a linkage model of gas flow and power distribution at the bottom of the argon blowing. In different stages of refining, different distribution models are used, and PID adaptive principle based on fuzzy theory is used to realize precise control of using different bottom blowing argon gas flow rate and refining argon bottom blowing system in the whole process. By adopting this measure, the quality of the molten steel is improved, the service life of the ladle is increased, and the labor intensity of the worker is reduced.
