研究了以二茂铁为初始原料,经过二茂铁的酰基化反应生成乙酰基二茂铁,然后再制备3-氯-3’-二茂铁基丙烯醛中间体,3-氯-3’-二茂铁基丙烯醛再与水合肼关环生成吡唑环,制备出3-二茂铁基吡唑。该制备方法收率较高,本论文的实验方法可以为其他二茂铁类杂环化合物的制备提供研究方法;同时也可以根据二茂铁基吡唑的特殊性质,有必要做进一步的化学遗传学研究。
