转基因技术作为植物分子育种的重要手段之一,具有许多不同于传统育种技术的独特优点,受到了国内外科研工作者的高度重视。目前转基因玉米的商业化种植已经获得了巨大成功。玉米遗传转化的受体主要是幼胚或幼胚诱导的愈伤组织,由于受到基因型、生长季节、取材时间等因素制约,大大限制了转基因技术在玉米育种上的产业化应用。总结对农杆菌介导的玉米高效遗传转化体系的研究进展,对影响转化效率的关键因素进行分析,并对玉米遗传转化的产业化应用前景进行讨论和展望。
As one of the important means of plant molecular breeding, transgenic technology has many unique advantages which are different from the traditional breeding techniques, and has been highly valued by domestic and foreign researchers. The commercial planting of genetically modified maize has now been a huge success. Maize genetic transformation of the receptor is mainly immature embryos or immature embryos induced callus, due to genotypes, growing season, drawing time and other factors, greatly restricting the industrialization of transgenic technology in maize breeding applications. The progress of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation system of maize with high efficiency was summarized. The key factors that affect the efficiency of transformation were analyzed, and the prospect of industrialization of maize genetic transformation was discussed.
