针对兆赫兹级逆变电源,其谐振频率随着负载的电阻率和磁导率发生变化的情况。文中提出了一种实用的兆赫兹级频率锁相控制电路,实现对负载频率自动跟踪和控制。该控制电路由锁相电路和死区时间形成电路组成,锁相环电路实现对负载频率地自动跟踪,死区时间电路产生同步PWM驱动信号。试验结果表明,该控制电路可以实现对1.876MHz-2.356MHz范围内的信号进行自动跟踪,并产生相应的同步控制信号。
For megahertz-class inverter, its resonant frequency with the load resistivity and permeability changes. In this paper, a practical megahertz frequency phase-locked control circuit is proposed to automatically track and control the load frequency. The control circuit consists of a phase-locked circuit and a dead-time forming circuit. The phase-locked loop circuit automatically tracks the load frequency, and the dead-time circuit generates a synchronous PWM drive signal. The experimental results show that the control circuit can automatically track the signal in the range of 1.876MHz-2.356MHz and generate the corresponding synchronization control signal.
