目的:为研究红芪的生长发育和干物质规律。方法:采用大田试验,考察不同用量的坡缕石及复合肥对红芪的影响。结果:红芪株高和分枝长的增长过程可分为两个阶段,从出苗到7月下旬为快速增长阶段,之后为缓慢增长阶段,7月下旬开始,红芪的干物质积累重心从地上部分转向根部。1500kg/hm2和2250kg/hm2用量的坡缕石单施时,可提高红芪株高,促进干物质在红芪地上部分和根部的积累。1500kg/hm2和2250kg/hm2用量的坡缕石和氮磷钾肥配施时,对红芪各生长指标的促进作用优于单施氮磷钾肥。结论:施用坡缕石和肥料均能提高红芪产量。
Objective: To study the growth and dry matter regulation of Radix Hedysari. Methods: Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of different dosages of palygorskite and compound fertilizer on Radix Hedysari. Results: The growth of plant height and branch length of Radix Astragali could be divided into two stages, from the emergence to the late July for the rapid growth stage, followed by the slow growth stage. From late July, the dry matter accumulation of Radix Hedysari The ground part turned to the root. 1500g / hm2 and 2250kg / hm2 when the amount of palygorskite application, can improve the plant height of Radix Hedysarum, and promote the accumulation of dry matter in the aerial part and roots of Radix Hedysari. When 1500kg / hm2 and 2250kg / hm2 were applied, the promoting effect on the growth index of Radix Hedysari was better than that of N, P and K alone. Conclusion: The application of palygorskite and fertilizer can improve the yield of Radix Hedysari.
