目的研究强力生发宝的致突变性及皮肤变态反应。方法 Ames试验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验,小鼠精子畸形试验,豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验。结果 Ames试验中,在加与不加S9代谢活化系统条件下,未见强力生发宝的诱变性;微核试验结果表明未见小鼠骨髓PCE微核率增加;精子畸形试验也未见小鼠精子畸形率增加;豚鼠皮肤变态反应结果表明对皮肤未见致敏作用。结论强力生发宝未显示致突变性,也未见致敏性。
Objective To study the mutagenicity and dermal allergy of potent hair growth treasure. Methods Ames test, mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte (PCE) micronucleus test, mouse sperm abnormality test, guinea pig skin allergy test. Results In the Ames test, no mutagenicity was found for the germinal germ with and without S9 metabolic activation system. The results of micronucleus test showed that the micronuclei of PCE in mouse bone marrow did not increase and the sperm abnormality test did not show any small Rat sperm deformity rate increased; guinea pig skin allergy results showed no sensitization of the skin. Conclusion Strong hair Po did not show mutagenicity, nor sensitization.
