目的:研究滇刺枣Ziziphus mauritiana Lam.干燥成熟种子的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱方法进行化学成分分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从滇刺枣成熟种子中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:白桦脂醛(1)、白桦脂酸(2)、美洲茶酸(3)、frangufoline(4)、棘苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、胡萝卜苷-6’-二十四烷酸酯(8)、蔗糖(9)、二十二烷酸(10)、硬脂酸(11)和棕榈油酸(12)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从滇枣仁中分离得到,其中,化合物4、5、8为首次从滇刺枣植物中分得。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of dried ripe seeds of Ziziphus mauritiana Lam. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate the chemical constituents. The structures of the compounds were identified according to the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the mature seeds of Thorn Dipsaci, which were as follows: Betulin aldehyde (1), Betulinic acid (2), American tea acid (3), frangufoline (4) , Β-sitosterol (6), daucosterol (7), daucoside-6’-tetradecanoate (8), sucrose (9), behenic acid (10), stearic acid ) And palmitoleic acid (12). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from Zajian Date for the first time. Among them, Compounds 4, 5, and 8 were isolated from Dactylis.
