维持性血液透析患者的营养状况评价

目的应用主观全面评定法(SGA)对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的营养状况进行评价。方法采用SGA结合有关生化指标,人体测量指标和饮食评估,对90例MHD患者的营养状况进行综合评价。结果 90例患者中营养良好者50例,轻中度营养不良24例,重度营养不良16例,总营养不良发生率为44.4%。各营养状况组之间血清ALB、PA、肌酐、饮食蛋白摄入量和蛋白质分解率差异有统计学意义,而三组间Kt/V差异无统计学意义。结论血液透析患者营养不良的发生率较高,与蛋白质摄入不足、炎症、血液透析过程等因素有关。 Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients by subjective comprehensive assessment (SGA). Methods SGA combined with the relevant biochemical indicators, body measurements and diet assessment, 90 cases of MHD patients nutritional status of a comprehensive evaluation. Results Among the 90 patients, 50 were well-nourished, 24 were mild to moderate malnutrition, 16 were severe malnutrition, and the incidence of total malnutrition was 44.4%. There were significant differences in serum ALB, PA, creatinine, dietary protein intake and protein breakdown rate among the nutritional status groups, but there was no significant difference in Kt / V among the three nutritional status groups. Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition in hemodialysis patients is high, which is related to the factors such as insufficient protein intake, inflammation and hemodialysis process.
