西洋参愈伤组织的增长和分化与激素的作用分不开。研究了不同激素水平对其愈伤组织的形成、增长和分化的作用。诱导愈伤组织形成的配方,以MS培养基附加2,4-D2mg/l+6BAO.5mg/l为宜。愈伤组织增长的适宜配方为MS培养基附加2,4-D0.5mg/l+6BA1.5mg/l+IBA1mg/l。愈伤组织分化的适宜配方为MS培养基附加2,4-D1mg/l+6BA1.5mg/l+IBAo5mg/l。低温对愈伤组织增长和分化无作用。参叶可代替水解乳蛋白的作用。
The growth and differentiation of American ginseng callus can not be separated from the role of hormones. The effects of different hormone levels on the formation, growth and differentiation of callus were studied. Callus formation induction formulations were supplemented with 2,4-D2mg / l + 6BAO in MS medium. 5mg / l is appropriate. A suitable formulation for callus growth is MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D 0.5 mg / 1 + 6 BA 1.5 mg / 1 + IBA 1 mg / l.
