目的 建立GLS快速测定法。方法 从血清中提取糖脂,再让GLS分子上特异糖基反应显色后用分光光度法测定。对患者血清GLS分组统计分析。结果 42例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者血清GLS(755±191)显著增高;24例良性肿瘤和20例非肿瘤患者血清GLS分别为504±87与581±120。以GLS>600为阳性,该法对头颈部恶性肿瘤敏感度、特异度、准确度、诊断效率为73.8%、88.6%、81.4%、65.4。结论 GLS快速测定法简便、快速、稳定、可靠;该法对头颈部恶性肿瘤诊断具有显著临床应用价值。
Objective To establish a rapid GLS assay. Methods Glycolipid was extracted from serum and the specific glycosylation reaction on GLS molecule was determined by spectrophotometry. GLS statistical analysis of patient sera. Results Serum GLS (755 ± 191) was significantly increased in 42 cases of head and neck malignant tumors. The serum GLS of 24 benign and 20 non-neoplastic patients were 504 ± 87 and 581 ± 120, respectively. The positive rate of GLS> 600 was 73.8%, 88.6%, 81.4%, 65.4 respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and diagnostic efficiency of this method for head and neck malignant tumors were significantly higher than those of normal controls. Conclusion The GLS rapid determination method is simple, rapid, stable and reliable. The method has significant clinical value for the diagnosis of head and neck malignant tumors.
