深圳特区建立以来,在企业管理体制方面进行了大胆的改革和探索,初步形成了具有自身特色的管理体制与运作机制,为我国经济走向良性循环提供了一种有效选择。但是我们也应该看到,新管理体制的实施也暴露出一定的问题,有待于进一步的改革和完善。一、深圳特区企业管理体制变革的基本特征深圳特区建立10年来,对企业管理体制进行了一系列的改革,这种改革概括起来主要是从宏观与微观两方面并进交叉而行。宏观上,始终以明确管理体制为主题而展开;微观上,以增强企业活力,按照国际惯例建立新的企业运作机制为中心而深化改革。深圳特区企业管理体制这两方面的种种变革,显示出以下基本特征:

Basic features of the reform of the enterprise management system in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone In the 10 years since the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, a series of reforms have been carried out on the enterprise management system. This type of reform has been summed up mainly from the macro and micro perspectives. On the macro level, we have always started with a clear management system as the theme; on the micro level, we have deepened reforms by strengthening corporate vigor and establishing new operating mechanisms in accordance with international practice.
