目的 了解新生儿感染性肺炎的不同病原对免疫功能的影响。 方法 采用免疫酶法( EL ISA)检测肺炎患儿血中腺病毒 3型 ( ADV3)、腺病毒 7型 ( ADV7)、埃可病毒 ( ECHO)、巨细胞病毒 ( CMV)、柯萨奇 B病毒 ( Cox B)、副流感病毒 ( PIV)、呼吸道合胞病毒 ( RSV)和单纯疱疹病毒 1型 ( HSV1 ) 8类常见病毒及支原体 ( MP)特异性 Ig M和 T细胞亚群 ( CD3、 CD4 、 CD8和 CD4 /CD8) ,免疫球蛋白 ( Ig G、 Ig A和 Ig M)及 C反应蛋白 ( CRP) ,以 CRP≥ 0 .0 2 g/ L作为诊断细菌性感染的界限值。将肺炎组患儿分为 4组。 结果 肺炎组 111份血清中 4 0份阳性 ,对照组 30份均阴性 ;8型常见病毒及 MP特异性 Ig M阳性 5 0例次 ,其中 ADV315 .3% ( 17/ 111) ,ECHO 9.0 %( 10 / 111) ,CMV 6 .3% ( 7/ 111) ,Cox B和 MP各 4 .5 % ( 5 / 111) ,PIV 3.6 % ( 4 / 111) ,RSV和 ADV70 .9% ( 1/ 111) ,HSV1 未检出 ;CD3和 CD4 细胞数肺炎组少于对照组 ;Ig A和 Ig M含量肺炎组高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;CD3和 CD4 细胞数及 Ig M含量细菌性肺炎组与对照组两两比较 ,Ig A含量病毒及支原体肺炎组分别与其它肺炎组和对照组两两比较 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;CD8、CD4 / CD8、Ig G各组比较 ,差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 结论?
Objective To understand the influence of different pathogens of neonatal infectious pneumonia on immune function. Methods The levels of ADV3, ADV7, ECHO, CMV, Coxsackie B virus in children with pneumonia were detected by ELISA. (Cox B, PIV, RSV and HSV1) and mycoplasma (MP) specific Ig M and T cell subsets (CD3, CD4 , CD8 and CD4 / CD8), immunoglobulins (Ig G, Ig A and Ig M) and C-reactive protein (CRP). CRP ≥0.02 g / L was used as the threshold for diagnosis of bacterial infection. The pneumonia group was divided into 4 groups. Results 40 of the 111 serum samples from the pneumonia group were positive and 30 from the control group were negative. The common type 8 virus and MP-specific IgM were 50 positive cases, of which ADV315.3% (17/111) and ECHO 9.0% CMV 6 .3% (7/111), Cox B and MP 4.5% (5/111), PIV 3.6% (4/111), RSV and ADV70.9% (1/111) ), HSV1 was not detected; CD3 and CD4 cell count in pneumonia group was less than that in control group; IgA and IgM levels in pneumonia group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05); CD3 and CD4 cell number and IgM content in bacteria Compared with other pneumonia groups and control group, the Ig A level of virus and mycoplasma pneumonia group were significantly different (P <0.05); CD8, CD4 / CD8, Ig G groups, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). in conclusion?
