[药物组成及服法] 石膏、玄参、生地各15g,川芎10g,升麻、细辛各6g。日1剂,水煎两次取门600ml,分3次温服。白天或午前痛重属实火。石膏加至30g;午后或夜晚痛重,或病程长而为隐痛者属虚火,玄参加至30g;上牙痛属阳明胃经,加白芷10g,下牙痛属大肠经,加大黄(后下)10g。 [疗效] 经治108例,痊愈101例。其中1剂而痛止者39例,2剂而痛止者36例,3剂而痛止者26例;无效(服药3剂而痛不减者)7例。总有效率93.5％。 [典型病例] 刘某,男,48岁,驻马店市橡林乡社员。1991年6月9日初诊,门诊病历号0039633。述其右上牙痛时愈时犯,反复发作10余年。经用中西药暂时止痛,移时又发。3
