化工系统所用压力容器种类多,数量大;生产工艺复杂,运行参数高;同时介质又具有易燃、有毒、腐蚀等特性,故发生事故造成的危害性很大。不过每种化工工艺条件又具有相似性,使用中发生缺陷也有一定的规律。这就需要检验人员了解介质特性,熟悉生产工艺,弄清使用中缺陷的产生机理和多发部位,据此制定不同类型容器的检验纲要,以减少检验的盲目性,做到有的放矢,突出重点。本文从小氮肥厂在用变换热交换器的腐蚀失效规律,提出该种设备的检验要点。
There are many types of pressure vessels used in chemical systems and large quantities; the production process is complicated and the operating parameters are high; meanwhile, the medium has the characteristics of inflammability, poisonousness and corrosion, so the accident caused great harm. However, each chemical process conditions have similarities, the use of defects also have certain rules. This requires inspectors to understand the medium characteristics, familiar with the production process, to clarify the use of defects in the production mechanism and multiple sites, thus developing different types of container inspection program to reduce the blindness of the test, to be targeted, focused. This article from the small nitrogen fertilizer plant in the transformation of heat exchanger corrosion failure law, put forward the test points of this kind of equipment.
