血清25-羟维生素D水平与2型糖尿病患者甲状腺功能的相关性研究

目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D水平[25(OH)D]与2型糖尿病患者甲状腺功能的关系.方法选取2型糖尿病患者200例为研究对象,通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清25(OH)D水平,根据血清25(OH)D不同水平分为充足组、不足组、缺乏组和严重缺乏组.比较4组患者血糖代谢及甲状腺功能代谢指标水平.结果200例患者中,维生素D充足21例(10.50%),维生素D不足37例(18.50%),维生素D缺乏53例(26.50%),维生素D严重缺乏89例(44.50%);缺乏组、严重缺乏组2型糖尿病病程均高于充足组(P&l
