针对多轮独立电驱动车辆的特点,提出了基于现有越野车底盘的四轮独立电驱动车辆的实验研究平台结构,在完成该车辆结构总体设计及各子系统部件选型和性能计算分析基础上,研制了该研究实验平台,并通过道路测试初步验证了该实验平台的运行功能。设计的单桥双减速器结构,既保留了原车的整体桥式结构,又充分利用了原车的主减速器机构,并且具有一定的可靠性。
According to the characteristics of multiple independent electric vehicles, this paper proposes an experimental research platform based on the four-wheeled, independent electric vehicle chassis of existing off-road vehicle chassis. After completing the overall design of the vehicle structure and the selection and performance analysis of each subsystem component The experiment platform was developed and the operation function of the experiment platform was verified through the road test. The design of single bridge double reducer structure, not only retains the original car’s overall bridge structure, but also take full advantage of the original car’s main reducer mechanism, and has some reliability.
