[目的]该研究旨在提高荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum)籽粒口感与品质。[方法]采用4因素5水平二次正交旋转组合设计方案进行施肥,分别建立氮肥、磷肥、钾肥和有机肥与荞麦籽粒中可溶性糖和蛋白质的4元2次回归方程。[结果]通过回归方程分析得出:适当增施P肥,同时N肥和有机肥比例为1:140时,可以提高荞麦种子中蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量。通过计算机模拟方程寻优得出,荞麦种子中可溶性糖含量和蛋白质含量都较高的最优施肥方案是:N:535.35-581.10kg/hm~2;P2O5:69.511 5-71.359 5 kg/hm~2;K2O:249.525-270.975 kg/hm~2;有机肥:76 590-80514 kg/hm~2。氮肥、磷肥、钾肥和有机肥的最优施肥比例约为8:1:4:1 114。[结论]该研究为生产口感佳、营养高、品质优的荞麦产品提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to improve grain taste and quality of buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum). [Method] The 4 × 5 quadratic orthogonal rotation combined design scheme was used to fertilize, and the quadratic quadratic regression equations of soluble sugar and protein in the nitrogen, phosphate, potassium and organic manure and buckwheat grains were established respectively. [Result] Through the regression equation analysis, it was concluded that when P fertilizer was added properly, the ratio of N fertilizer to organic fertilizer was 1: 140, the content of protein and soluble sugar in buckwheat seeds could be increased. Optimized by computer simulation, the optimal fertilization program for higher content of soluble sugar and protein in buckwheat seeds was: N: 535.35-581.10kg / hm ~ 2; P2O5: 69.511 5-71.359 5kg / hm ~ 2; K2O: 249.525-270.975 kg / hm ~ 2; organic fertilizer: 76 590-80514 kg / hm ~ 2. The optimal ratio of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and organic fertilizer is about 8: 1: 4: 1 114. [Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for the production of buckwheat products with good taste, high nutrition and good quality.
