根据宝浪油田原油的组成和性质 ,拟定了原油基压裂液胶凝剂的合成方法及工艺。以五氧化二磷、短碳链烷基磷酸酯、高碳醇、中碳醇等为原料 ,采用两步法合成了胶凝剂产品FAX 6。室内评价结果表明 ,采用该剂配制的原油基压裂液具有较好的综合性能 ,可以满足宝浪油田压裂改造的需要 According to the composition and nature of the crude oil in Baolang Oilfield, the synthesis method and process of crude oil-based fracturing fluid gelling agent were worked out. Using phosphorus pentoxide, short carbon chain alkyl phosphate, high carbon alcohol, medium carbon alcohol as raw materials, the gelling agent product FAX 6 was synthesized in two steps.
