自1987年起,我们对台农四号剥粒菠萝试管育苗作了较系统的应用研究.研究表明,不同材料影响芽的诱导和增殖,液体振荡方法是提高增殖系数的关键技术.附加BA、K、NAA、IAA各1ppm或BA、K各1ppm和NAA0.5ppm及硫酸腺嘌吟100ppm激素组合,继代增殖系数都较高.IBA1—3ppm和NAA0.5ppm或IBA1—2ppm和K0.3ppm激素组合,对壮苗生根有利.砂糖代替蔗糖获得较好效果,初步掌握快速繁殖技术.已批量繁殖出试管苗,组培苗已部份定植大田.
