我们常山股份棉一分公司工会曾连续多年被市、省、全国总工会命名为“模范职工之家”。在过去的1年里,认真履行工会组织的“维护、参与、建设、教育”四项社会职能,我们在党委的领导、企业行政的支持、广大职工的参与下全体工会专兼职干部同心同德,得到了广大职工和领导的好评。一是实施“经济技术新工程”。为增强职工的创新意识,提高创新能力,提高产品质量,翻改品种,降耗增效,我们在全体职工中开展了“双创双争”劳动竞赛。即:创新、创效,争当岗位能手、争当先进班组。在短短时间缎,我们就征集到入围口号300多条,提出合理化建议260多条,直接创收30多万元。我们举办了优秀合理化建议成果展,召开了“双创双争”竞赛总结表
