目的:优选杭白菊挥发油的提取及用β-环糊精包合杭白菊挥发油的最佳工艺。方法:通过正交试验法,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以药材的粉碎度、采摘时间和提取时间为考察因素,以挥发油的出油率为考察指标,优选挥发油提取工艺;用饱和水溶液法对杭白菊挥发油进行β-环糊精包合,以挥发油与β-CD的配比、包合时间和包合温度为考察因素,以包合物的包封率和收得率为考察指标,优选包合的最佳工艺并对包合物进行验证。结果:杭白菊挥发油的最优提取工艺为:头花、磨成粗粉、提取8h;杭白菊挥发油最优包合工艺为:挥发油与β-CD的投料比为1∶6,在50℃下包合2h。结论:确定了杭白菊挥发油的最佳提取工艺和包合工艺,包裹有效、包合物稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction of essential oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium and the best process of inclusion of the volatile oil of Chrysanthemum with β-cyclodextrin. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to extract volatile oil by steam distillation. The degree of pulverization, picking time and extraction time were taken as the investigation factors. Taking the oil yield of volatile oil as the index, the extraction process of volatile oil was the best. The β-cyclodextrin inclusion of volatile oil of Chrysanthemum morifolium was studied. The ratio of volatile oil to β-CD, inclusion time and inclusion temperature were taken as the investigation factors, and the entrapment efficiency and yield of the inclusion compound were taken as the indexes, Inclusion of the best technology and verification of the inclusion complex. Results: The optimum extraction process for the volatile oil of Chrysanthemum morifolium was: the first flower, ground into coarse powder, extracted for 8h; the optimum inclusion technology of the volatile oil of Chrysanthemum morifolium: the feed ratio of volatile oil and β-CD was 1: 6, Inclusion 2h. Conclusion: The best extraction technology and inclusion technology of volatile oil from Chrysanthemum morifolium were determined, the package was effective and the inclusion complex was stable.
