通讯作者是目前学术界非常时兴的名词,在论文发表、课题申报、科研统计、科研评奖等众多学术相关领域均会涉及这一称谓,由于缺乏相关法律规定,导致其使用上比较混乱。在我国的实践中,不同学术期刊在规定通讯作者的担任条件、排名顺序及人数等方面往往差异很大,本文通过对通讯作者概念的国内外比较,摸索探讨符合中国国情的通讯作者的法律地位。 Corresponding author is a very fashionable term in academia at present, and it is involved in many scholarly related fields such as dissertation publication, subject declaration, scientific research statistics and scientific research awards.
