目的:探讨促愈颗粒对乙酸胃溃疡(GU)大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、胃泌素(Gas)和血浆神经降压素(NT)的影响。方法:用乙酸制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、促愈颗粒组(28.8 g.kg-1)和雷尼替丁组(27 mg.kg-1)。pH计测量胃液酸度,硝酸还原法检测血清NO的水平,放免法检测血清Gas,血浆NT含量。结果:与模型组相比,促愈颗粒使GU大鼠胃液pH值和血清Gas,NO含量显著增高水平显著增高(P<0.05),血浆NT含量显著降低(P<0.05);与雷尼替丁组相比,促愈颗粒组胃液pH值、血清Gas含量、血浆NT含量均无明显差异。但NO水平明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:促愈颗粒能提高再生黏膜质量,提高胃液pH值,调节NO,Gas,NT是其作用机制。
Objective: To investigate the effects of “Guyu Granule” on serum nitric oxide (NO), gastrin and plasma neurotensin (NT) in rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid. Methods: A rat model of gastric ulcer was prepared by acetic acid. The rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Guyu Granule group (28.8 g.kg-1) and ranitidine group (27 mg.kg-1). The acidity of gastric juice was measured by pH meter, the level of serum NO was measured by nitrate reduction method, and the content of serum Gas and plasma NT were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with the model group, Guyue Granules significantly increased gastric juice pH and serum levels of Gas and NO in GU rats (P <0.05) and plasma NT levels (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in gastric juice pH value, serum gas content and plasma NT content between the two groups. However, NO levels were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Guyu granule can improve the quality of regenerative mucosa, increase the pH value of gastric juice, regulate NO, Gas and NT.
