以最大升力系数下降率为评价指标,针对自主研发的风力机叶片外侧专用翼型CAS-W1-150/180/210进行粗糙敏感性核算和试验分析,并通过调整CAS-W1-210翼型前缘半径、尾缘厚度和上表面厚度以及采用S型后加载下表面尾形的方法,改善了翼型表面的压力分布,有效降低了此翼型的粗糙敏感性,优化得到了粗糙敏感性更低、气动性能更优的新翼型CAS-W2-210。
