在历史教学中,经常听老教师的课,收获颇丰,对于我们年轻教师的成长非常有利,可以迅速地提升自己,从课堂教学环节、教学语言、教学模式上都给我们很大启发,我们组在课堂教学中一般都采用以下这种模式:导入→布置自学任务→发放学案→学生看书填写→教师巡视指导填写→个别辅导答疑→处理共性问题→师生、生生讨论→小结强化记忆→自我检测学生做题这个模式是我们历史组集体教学反思和实践形成的,我在课上也和其他老教师一样多次使用,但我个人总觉得缺少点什么,
