目的 :研究赋形剂对注射用促肝细胞生长素含量测定的影响。方法 :根据注射用促肝细胞生长素的处方[1 ] ,考察甘露醇及右旋糖酐对多肽含量测定影响的程度。结果 :实验表明甘露醇在 0 32～ 1 6mg ml浓度范围内 ,与吸收度呈线性关系 ;右旋糖酐与吸收度呈相关性 ,但不呈线性关系 ;原料溶液按处方量加入甘露醇和右旋糖酐[1 ] ,含量平均增加 4 82μg ml。结论 :甘露醇在赋形剂中所占比例较高 ,对含量测定影响较大 ,而右旋糖酐在赋形剂中所占比例较少 ,不影响含量测定
Objective: To study the effect of excipients on the determination of hepatocyte auxin content for injection.
