在我们脑海中已经形成了这样一种观念:衡量一个信息化工程是否成功,就看它为公众提供了哪些便利和服务。从这一方面来说,金审、金税、金盾、政府上网工程还有金保、金水、铁路客票系统、银联跨行交易系统等工程的建设都交出了令百姓们较满意的答卷。
In our minds there has been a perception that to measure the success of an information technology project depends on what facilities and services it provides to the public. In this regard, the construction of Jinshen, Golden Tax, Golden Shield, government Internet projects as well as Jinbao, Jinshui, the railway ticket system and the CUP inter-bank transaction system all surpassed the ones that made the people more satisfied.
