利用KRK高浓盘磨机对桉木化学浆进行中浓打浆试验,用L&W纤维质量分析仪分析纤维长度、粗度、扭结等形态参数及细小纤维含量的变化,并探讨其变化对成纸性能的影响。结果表明:在中浓条件下,磨浆浓度对桉木化学浆纤维长度、粗度、扭结指数及细小纤维含量有较大影响;且纤维形态参数和细小纤维含量的变化共同影响着成纸性能。
Middle and thick beating experiments of eucalyptus chemical pulp were carried out with KRK high concentration disc mill. The changes of fiber length, roughness, kink and other morphological parameters and fine fiber content were analyzed by L & W fiber analyzer. Impact. The results showed that the concentration of pulp had a significant effect on the fiber length, thickness, kink index and fine fiber content of Eucalyptus pulp at medium concentration. The change of fiber morphology parameters and fine fiber content affected the paper properties .
