我院采用美国BECKMAN公司CX5型全自动生化分析仪检验8种常用血清酶:乳酸脱氨酶(LDH、LD);α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH、HBH);门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST);γ-谷氨酰胺氨转移酶(GGTP、GGT);淀粉酶(AMY、AMS);肌酸肌酶(CPK、CK);碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)。这些酶对于心、肝、肺、胰疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断以及预后的评估较为深入,但急性肾功能衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)时血清酶的变化及临床意义国内尚未见报道,现将我院肾内科收治的28例ARF患者的血清酶变化情况分析如下。
Our hospital using the United States BECKMAN CX5 automatic biochemical analyzer test eight commonly used serum enzymes: lactate deaminase (LDH, LD); a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH, HBH); aspartate amino transfer (AST), GGTP (GGT), amylase (AMY, AMS), creatine kinase (CK), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT). These enzymes are more profound for the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis of heart, liver, lung and pancreatic diseases. However, the changes and clinical significance of serum enzymes in acute renal failure (ARF) have not been reported in China.
