1979年首先由Smith提出羊水乙酰胆碱酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase AChE)作为诊断神经管缺陷(Neural tube defects,NTD)的一种辅助方法,它可提高仅用甲胎蛋白进行诊断达到的特异性。本文报告作者对3,200多份羊水用AChE电泳(AChE electrophoresis)作常规诊断的经验,并用AChE的定量及定性试验于已知妊娠结果的541例羊水作了回顾性分析,后者包括羊水中甲胎蛋白(AFP)升高并发其他胎儿畸形者,如28例腹前壁缺陷(anterior abdominal wall defects,AAWD)和90例羊水AFP假阳性结果者,本试验的结果指出,可以提高单用AFP诊断NTD的特异性和敏感性,并明显减少了其假阳性率。
In 1979, Smith first proposed Acetylcholinesterase AChE as an adjunctive method for the diagnosis of neural tube defects (NTD), which can improve the specificity of the diagnosis with alpha-fetoprotein alone. In this paper, we report the experience of 3,200 amniotic fluid routinely diagnosed with AChE electrophoresis and quantitatively and qualitatively using AChE in 541 cases of known amniotic fluid with a known pregnancy outcome, including amniotic fluid (AFP) associated with other fetal malformations, such as 28 cases of anterior abdominal wall defects (AAWD) and 90 cases of amniotic fluid AFP false-positive results, the results of this test can improve the diagnosis of NTD with AFP alone Specificity and sensitivity, and significantly reduce the false positive rate.
