本文对越南人力资源和社会保障机构、主要职能及其改革趋势进行详细介绍和说明。越南劳动荣军社会部是越南政府22个部级单位之一,负责越南人力资源和社会保障相关事务,包括就业、职业培训、劳动者、工资、社会保险、劳动安全、革命时代对国家作出贡献者等相关业务。自1945年正式成立至今,不断实施改革、完善相关制度,以满足越南社会人力资源和社会保障发展的需求。
This article gives a detailed introduction and explanation of Vietnam’s human resources and social security agencies, their main functions and their reform trends.
