在小平同志南巡讲话的推动下。我国在1992年形成了对外开放的第二大潮,一年时间实际利用外资额增长了60.17％,大大促进了我国经济的发展。如何保持这种良好的势头并使之进一步扩展?这需要我们对海外资金来源结构有一个清楚的了解。从1993年《中国统计年鉴》,我们可以整理出如下信息:

The amount of actually utilized foreign investment in the one year increased by 60.17%, greatly boosting the economic development of our country.
