对不同冷冻时间(20s和3min)及不同方法保存的兔角膜膨胀率进行了测定。结果冷冻20s及3min,新鲜角膜组膨胀率(%)分别为29.45±1.9,49.74±1.6(P<0.05);冷冻保存组为31.65±0.8及54.67±2.7(P<0.05);干燥保存组为73.82±7.7及86.09±1.3(P<0.05)。干燥保存组角膜膨胀率与新鲜组及冷冻保存组差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。提示在角膜组织镜片加工时,应考虑不同保存方法和不同冷冻时间所造成的不同膨胀率对其厚度的影响,从而减少镜片加工时的屈光度误差。
The corneal swelling rate of rabbits preserved at different freezing time (20s and 3min) and different methods were measured. Results The swelling rate (%) of fresh cornea group was 29.45 ± 1.9 and 49.74 ± 1.6 (P <0.05) after frozen for 20s and 3min, respectively. The freezing preservation group was 31.65 ± 0.8 And 54.67 ± 2.7 (P <0.05) respectively. The dry preservation group was 73.82 ± 7.7 and 86.09 ± 1.3 (P <0.05). There was significant difference between corneal swelling rate of fresh preservation group and cryopreservation group (P <0.01). Tip corneal tissue lens processing, should consider different preservation methods and different freezing time caused by different expansion rate of its thickness, thereby reducing the lens processing diopter error.
