本文报道了７例儿童霉变甘蔗中毒性脑病，其起病急骤，病情凶险，预后严重，病死率及致残率均较高，对其中３例采取了高压氧，辅以胞二磷胆硷鞘内注射的治疗方法，取得了较为满意的效果，对患儿在早期急性阶段应抓紧时机进行有效治疗，可望使病情好转。
