电力企业女职工是电力企业重要的组成部分,对企业的发展起着重要的作用,做好电力企业工会女工工作应该受到整个电力行业的关注。本文分析了目前我国电力企业工会女工工作存在的问题,并探讨了相关的有效策略。
Female employees in electric power enterprises are an important part of electric power enterprises and play an important role in the development of the enterprises. To do a good job in the trade unionization of women workers in electric power enterprises should be paid attention to by the entire electric power industry. This article analyzes the existing problems of trade union women workers’ work in China’s electric power enterprises and discusses relevant effective strategies.
