以WFG36Z钢为对象，进行了母材及焊接接头体周疲劳试验，得到了相关的低周疲劳参数。试验表明，焊接接头循环硬化倾向与焊趾处应力集中有关，说明降低焊趾处应力集中对提高接头的疲劳强度和寿命很有意义。
Taking WFG36Z steel as the object, the fatigue tests of the base metal and the welded joints were carried out, and the relevant low cycle fatigue parameters were obtained. The experiment shows that the cyclic hardening tendency of the welded joint is related to the stress concentration at the toe, which shows that reducing the stress concentration at the toe is very meaningful to improve the fatigue strength and life of the joint.
