对钴系、钕系和镍系顺丁橡胶(BR)胎冠胶物理性能和工艺性能进行对比。结果表明:钕系BR胶料综合物理性能最好,表现为弹性和耐磨性能好,压缩生热低,300%定伸应力和撕裂强度高;国产镍系BR9000胶料的综合物理性能优于钴系BR150和BR1203G-1胶料,尤其是耐屈挠性能和抗刺扎性能好;镍系BR胶料的工艺性能最好,钕系BR胶料的半成品工艺性能较差。
The physical and technological properties of cobalt, neodymium and nickel-based butadiene rubber (BR) crown compounds were compared. The results show that: the neodymium BR rubber compound has the best comprehensive physical properties, showing good elasticity and abrasion resistance, low compression heat generation, high constant tensile strength and tear strength of 300%; the comprehensive physical properties of the domestic nickel BR9000 rubber compound are excellent In cobalt-based BR150 and BR1203G-1 rubber compounds, especially the flex resistance and anti-puncture properties; nickel-based BR rubber compound has the best process performance and the neodymium-based BR rubber compound has inferior process performance.
