目的:建立测定复方浓维磷糖浆中总磷量的测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法。结果:磷(P)在0.2~1μg·ml~(-1)内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为1.0%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,适用于生产厂家对该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total phosphorus in Compound Nongwei Phosphate Syrup. Method: using spectrophotometry. Results: The linear relationship of phosphorus (P) between 0.2 ~ 1μg · ml ~ (-1) was good (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.0% with RSD 1.0% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the manufacturer’s quality control of the preparation.
