目的:研究哈蟆油对正常小鼠和模型小鼠体内雌二醇(E2)含量及血常规各项指标的影响。方法:环磷酰胺致免疫力低下模型小鼠、皮下注射D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠,以及正常小鼠,均给予哈蟆油混悬液,以小鼠血液中E2含量以及血常规各项目指标为考察指标,考察哈蟆油对小鼠E2含量及血常规中各检查项目的影响作用。结果:哈蟆油对正常小鼠和D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠体内E2含量无显著影响。哈蟆油可显著增加环磷酰胺致免疫力低下模型小鼠体内白细胞、红细胞计数(P<0.05),可显著提高血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容(P<0.05);可显著增加D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠体内红细胞计数(P<0.05),显著提高血红蛋白含量(P<0.05);对正常小鼠血常规各项指标无显著影响。结论:服用哈蟆油的同时,并不会引起机体的E2含量变化,从而不会引起相应的疾病;可显著增加免疫低下、衰老机体内白细胞和红细胞计数,表明哈蟆油对机体免疫低下和衰老有一定作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Rana oil on the content of estradiol (E2) and the indexes of blood in normal mice and model mice. Conclusions: Oviducts of Ranae oil does not change the content of E2 in the body, which will not cause the corresponding disease. It can significantly increase the leukocyte and erythrocyte count in the immunocompromised and aging body, Aging has a role.
