近年来正弦规律加热已经广泛应用于缺陷故障的红外诊断,因此,研究正弦规律加热条件下含有缺陷的试件的温度场响应显得尤为重要。以常见的缺陷故障种类——沉孔型缺陷为例,首次系统、详细地讨论了正弦规律加热的幅度、频率、初始相位角、平移因子等因素和热流的不同施加面以及不同试件材料对检测表面的温度场响应参数的影响,对下一步的缺陷识别与诊断具有重要的参考价值。
In recent years, sinusoidal heating has been widely used in the infrared fault diagnosis of defects. Therefore, it is very important to study the temperature field response of the samples with defects under sinusoidal heating conditions. Taking the common type of defect defects as counterbore defects, for the first time, the influence of sinusoidal heating amplitude, frequency, initial phase angle, translation factor and other applied surfaces of heat flow and different specimen materials The temperature field of the test surface responds to the influence of the parameter, which has important reference value for the next step of defect identification and diagnosis.
