液体推进剂中溶解或混入了气体能引起推力振荡、推力断续或完全熄火。为了弄清气泡引起发动机故障的机理,人们曾提出过种种分析模型,并指出,少量的气泡进入发动机可引起推力振荡,而大量的气泡混入发动机可引起完全熄火。 根据本文分析,可以求得引起发动机振荡和提前熄火的气泡量值,最后对国外某一早期的液体推进剂地空导弹进行了计算,求出了它可能发生推力振荡和提前熄火的气泡量,计算结果与实际飞行完全一致。
Liquid propellant dissolved or mixed gas can cause thrust oscillation, thrust intermittent or complete flameout. In order to understand the mechanism by which air bubbles cause engine failure, various analytical models have been proposed and pointed out that a small amount of air bubbles entering the engine can cause thrust oscillations, and a large amount of bubbles mixed into the engine can cause complete flameout. According to the analysis in this paper, we can get the volume of bubbles that cause engine oscillation and premature flameout. Finally, we calculate a certain liquid propellant surface-to-air missile in foreign countries and find out the amount of bubbles that may occur in thrust oscillation and premature flameout. The calculation results are exactly the same as actual flight.
