杨百章,中共党员,西安矿业学院函授毕业,曾在山西老尧头煤矿担任过技术员、采煤队长、副矿长等职务。20世纪80年代初,响应国家鼓励支持个人创业的号召,只身来到合阳县,在“西洽会”上成功招商引进山西煤业集团,并成立了“合阳县秦晋矿业开发有限责任公司”。经过10多年的快速发展,公司已形成了以煤炭开发、煤炭深加工和招商引资、重点项目建设为主营业务的综合性集团公司。
Yang Baizhang, member of the Communist Party of China, Xi’an Institute of Mining graduated from correspondence, worked in Shanxi Laoyao head coal as a technician, coal captain, deputy head and other positions. In the early 1980s, in response to the State’s call for encouraging individual entrepreneurship, he came alone to Heyang County and succeeded in attracting Shanxi Coal Industry Group Co. Ltd. at the “West China Trade Fair” and set up the “Development of Qin Jin Mining Co., Ltd. in Heyang County limited liability company”. After more than 10 years of rapid development, the company has formed an integrated group company focusing on coal development, deep processing of coal, investment promotion and construction of key projects.
