患者女性,69岁。因“颈部不适1年半,咽后壁发现肿块、呼吸困难1月余”入院。患者于1年半前无明显诱因出现颈部僵硬不适,在当地卫生所诊治,未明确诊断,行药物治疗(具体不祥)后症状缓解;1个月前无明显诱因出现呼吸困难,在当地医院检查发现咽后壁肿物,约0.5×1.0cm。发病以来无潮热、盗汗、低热、消瘦等不适,经抗炎、消肿等药物治疗无效,遂来我院求治。 Patient female, 69 years old.
