急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(acute nonlymphocytic leukemia,ANLL)是一种危害性较大,预后较差的血液系统恶性肿瘤。在儿童急性白血病,其发病率约占15～20%左右。近10年来,由于新的白血病药物问世,治疗方法的改进特别是联合化疗方案以及多种支持疗法的运用,使ANLL的疗效大大提高。目前,ANLL的完全缓解率可达50～80%,缓解期与生存期也有了明显延长。本文就近年来ANLL的研究进展作一简单的文献复习。
Acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) is a hematologic malignancy with high risk and poor prognosis. In children with acute leukemia, the incidence of about 15 to 20%. In the past 10 years, due to the advent of new leukemia drugs, the improvement of treatment methods, especially the combination of chemotherapy and the use of a variety of supportive therapies, the efficacy of ANLL greatly improved. At present, the complete remission rate of ANLL up to 50 ~ 80%, the remission and the survival period has also been significantly prolonged. In this paper, ANLL in recent years to make a simple review of the literature.
